The Bridge

Life is a struggle believe it or not,

You may give up but keep fighting

Struggles make you tougher, that's what we are taught

Often we are pushed to do our best,

sometimes it may be out of reach

but to do good you must give a test

The journey to success is a hurdle,

the path that follows has two ways

don't rush - take it slow, remember the turtle?

Don't take shortcuts - it is difficult I know,

but the bridge that takes you across the hurdle

will make you tougher & you shall grow

Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but someday,

you shall prove a point that no one thought of

don't give up come what may
